East Bergholt and then Manningtree
from the A120
Take the B1035 signposted Manningtree at Horsley Cross
At the end turn left into Long Road
At the garage turn right into Coxs Hill
and proceed down the hill to Manningtree Station
at the Roundabout at Manningtree station take the exit signposted Lawford Estates
Jubilee End is the third on the left
Bear right and F T Marine is at the end of Jubilee End
